Captain
J.H Cortinas has over 23 years of experience fishing along the
Galveston Bay Complex as well as East Matagorda Bay and carries
a captain's license approved by the U.S Coast Guard. In the 1999
C.C.A Guides Cup, Captain Cortinas placed third in the individual
trout division.
